The way we work
The search begins as soon as we know about your preferences and you have agreed on our terms. We assist you and your family in finding the perfect home by creating a strong shortlist. After you choose your top listings, we arrange the viewings of the selected homes. Your contact person will accompany you to these viewings. If needed, we can of course also arrange this via whatsapp video. Furthermore, we will check and complete all the paperwork and we make sure that the administration of your move takes up as little of your time as possible.

Application process
1. Fill in the application form
Let us know your details and home preferences, so we can start our search.
2. You get a single point of contact
We inform you of the developments constantly and you can ask all your questions.
3. We find you a rental place
We do everything we can to find a house based on your wish list.
4. Sign rental agreement
After this it’s official! You are the next occupant of the house. This agreement also states when you can move into your new home.
5. You pay the deposit
Paying the deposit is a mandatory part of the agreement. You will receive this back after your rental period.
6. You move into your new home
Congratulations! We wish you good luck with your new home.
